2. Services

Our professional training sessions on AI workflows, integrations, and quality control involve live instruction, group workshops and personalized consulting. All details are outlined before engagement.

3. Information Products

Digital courses, recorded webinars and downloadable materials delivered immediately upon purchase for self-paced study.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals and branded merchandise shipped to the address provided during checkout.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a full reimbursement for any scheduled live session if notification is received at least 48 hours before the start time. Requests made later are subject to evaluation and possible rescheduling at no extra charge. Completed sessions are not eligible for a reimbursement due to the delivery of agreed content.

5.2 Information Products

We offer a seven-day satisfaction period. If you are not satisfied within seven calendar days of access, contact us via our contact form to receive a full reimbursement. After this period, all digital materials remain accessible without further options for reimbursement.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Initiate a request by contacting our contact form. Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a full reimbursement to the original payment method.

5.4 No Reimbursement Scenarios

Customized consulting services, once conducted, cannot be reimbursed as they involve dedicated expert time and resources. This ensures fairness and the quality of personalized guidance.
